All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note:
- Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, quality checks, and public holidays.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- During new releases, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Method
At the current stage, most orders are shipped via 4PX cross-border small parcel service or a similar cross-border logistics partner selected based on destination and operational needs.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier performance.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- United States: typically 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom / Canada / Australia: typically 7–18 business days
- Other regions: delivery times may vary
Please note that these are estimated timeframes only, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs inspections, airline capacity, weather, local courier issues, or other factors beyond our control may occur.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and current logistics rates.
From time to time, COVERHUB may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or destinations.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
COVERHUB is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Please Double-Check Before Ordering
To help avoid delivery or compatibility issues, please make sure the following information is correct before placing your order:
- Shipping address
- Recipient name
- Phone number / email
- Phone model selection
- Product style / variant selected
Orders placed with incorrect address information or incorrect product/model selection may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
7. Order Changes or Cancellation

We can only make changes or cancellations before the order enters processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
8. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in checking the shipment status.
However, COVERHUB is not responsible for:
- delivery delays caused by customs, local carriers, weather, or force majeure events
- failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- packages refused by the recipient
- packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the parcel, reshipping fees may apply.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your customer service email] and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a brief description of the issue
We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Because international shipping is expensive and complex, we strongly encourage customers to review their order carefully before purchase.
Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- wrong phone model selected by the customer
- change of mind
- personal preference
- slight color differences caused by screen display differences
- delivery delays outside our control
If a return is exceptionally approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, original shipping costs, customs charges, and any related handling fees.
