  • recipient information

As our products are shipped internationally, returns and exchanges are limited. Orders placed with incorrect selections or incorrect shipping information may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

2. Returns and Exchanges

In general, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless:

  • the item arrives damaged
  • the item is defective
  • the wrong item was sent

Because cross-border return shipping is expensive and operationally difficult, we strongly encourage customers to double-check all order details before purchase.

 

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • incorrect phone model selected by the customer
  • incorrect color / style / variant selected by the customer
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • change of mind
  • personal preference
  • minor color differences caused by screen or lighting variations
  • normal wear and tear after use
  • shipping delays caused by customs, airlines, local carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control
  • refusal to accept the package
  • unclaimed packages
  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your customer service email].

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging
  • a short description of the problem

Claims submitted without sufficient photo evidence may not be eligible for review.

After reviewing the case, COVERHUB may offer one of the following solutions where appropriate:

  • replacement item
  • partial refund
  • full refund

The final solution will depend on the specific situation and stock availability.

 

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

 

6. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued when:

  • the order is successfully canceled before shipment
  • the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • the order is lost in transit and confirmed eligible for compensation after carrier review, where applicable

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by customs clearance, local delivery issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

7. Refund Method and Timing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for us to process the refund after approval
  • additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account

The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

8. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because:

  • the customer provided an incorrect address
  • the customer refused delivery
  • the package was unclaimed
  • delivery failed due to customer-related reasons

we may offer reshipment, but reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
